Hello! Thank you so much for the interest in my work! Just a few housekeeping things to get in order, before we discuss booking you in for a tattoo!
This booking form is specifically for my guest spot at Parallax Art Studio, in Milpitas California from September 9th - 20th. This is not a submission form for Toronto, or any other location previously visited.
In order to secure your appointment/design with me, there is a non-refundable $200 deposit, which will go towards the final price of your tattoo the day of the appointment.
This guest spot will be priced at $320 USD/hr, with tattoos typically taking around 4-5 hrs depending on complexity. I will endeavour to give an accurate time quote with your submisision!
Depending on the piece size and complexity, it may not be completable within a guest spot. I will do my best to be clear and realistic about the amount of time needed to complete a piece, as well as alternative options, before we commit to an appointment so you can best prepare and budget. For pieces that are not completable within the guest spot, I typically offer space at my home studio in Toronto, at my Canadian rate.
For custom pieces, I will present a rough design around 1-2 days before our appointment, and have a strict one revision policy. If you require more revisions, that may result in our appointment being postponed, or cancelled, should it become apparent that I may not be the right artist to execute your idea. Due to this, please be as specific and settled on your idea as possible before booking.
Changing your idea completely after we have confirmed our appointment will result in the cancellation of our appointment, and a loss of deposit. I reserve the right to decline the project/appointment at any time, should it become apparent that our artist/client relationship is not working out. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Projects will not be chosen via first come first serve so please take your time in filling out the proposal form. Unfortunately due to the expected volume of inquiries, it will it will not be possible for me to take on every project. Projects will be selected based on the subject, and if it is something that I am currently interested in creating with you. When possible, I will do my best to recommend other artists that I think would be a better fit for your project.
I will not do tattoos that are exact copies of existing tattoos/tattoo designs by other artists, unless you explicitly have the artist’s permission. You may send existing tattoos as examples of what you are looking for. If you are unsure please ask!
All designs are only started after a deposit has been made, and to be strictly tattooed by me, not another artist.
With the current COVID-19 situation, we are asking for clients to be flexible, as we are adapting to the situation as it changes. Flexibility is greatly appreciated!
If I don’t email you right away, it’s probably because I am overloaded on emails at the moment, and haven’t had the time to! Please allow 1 week for me to respond. If after a week you have not heard back from me, please feel free to email me/bump your application. I will also do my best to keep the status of submission response updated on my Instagram. Rest assured, every proposal will be responded to, regardless of if I am able to take on the project or not.
